A little about Cookie Pocket
I've always cherished the joy of making people genuinely smile. Whether it's through acting, storytelling, cracking a joke to lighten the mood, or designing a delightfully quirky coloring book, my goal has always been to brighten someone's day. Life has brought its share of changes—difficulties, loss, and the everyday challenges of being human have shifted my perspective. However, finding humor and laughter, even in adversity, has remained a cornerstone for me.

From a young age, I felt an inner nudging to be an “artist,” but like many kids of the 90's, I was often reminded, “You can’t make a 'real living' doing something artsy.” So, I ventured into more conventional paths. I’ve worked in various roles—everything from retail and fast food to corporate America and for a small business. I’ve been an assistant in the music industry, I've produced a music festival, and I've tackled many other projects and jobs. Throughout this journey, I managed to pursue my passion for art, in the form of acting - in music videos, background television roles, short films, and even an independent feature film that premiered at the Belmont Theatre in Nashville, TN.

These experiences have been extremely fulfilling, but as I navigated through loss, a pandemic, an ADHD diagnosis, and other self-discovery, I realized I still heard that little voice saying “I always wanted to be an artist”. Now, I’m embracing my “artsy era,” allowing my creativity to flow freely in ways it’s always wanted to. It’s taking a fair bit of bravery to put myself out there, and while I’m unsure where this journey will lead, I’d love for you to join me. Perhaps it will inspire you to pursue your own dreams and have the courage to give them a try. I hope you enjoy what I’m creating.
